Reality check is a wearable device which limits the wearer's physical movement, forcing the wearer to value every action.

The object is modularly built with three sets of two cuffs: on the wearer's torso, there are cuffs circling the wearer's hips and ribcage, and cuffs above and below the elbow on each arm.

The arm cuffs are attached to steel cable leads on pulley wheels springloaded with flat springs. The springloaded wheels resist the extension of the cable, thereby resisting the movement of the cuffed arms.
